I have one that offered me without Hard disk, which can be setuped
a new Hard disk to serve of warehouse and reader of DivX

it will be possible appoint a new firmware, for example of Kiss DP-600  who is
a full reader HD with hard disk, USB, Ethernet and  WiFi...

since Box, KISS comes appointed with a processor sigmaHD
( just as DP) and the respective connection HDMI, Ethernet, USB etc...
it was interesting, to be used as reader Media Center of room
having access for Ethernet or   WiFi to the hard disk of our PC

It needed a help for this if it is possible

the dp-600 has a different CPU, so the firmware is not compatible.
but even firmware of boxes with the same CPU do not work, because Microsoft has burned special certificates into the CPU that prevent any non-Microsoft firmware to boot.

with the modchip you can get work around the booting problem, but the Audio-Video-DSP code cannot be loaded either, so you can run Linux without any Audio/Video stuff, or you can modify the existing WinCE application.

And I am a zero exists left in Linux,
and programming to modify WinCE ?
But where is setuped WinCE,
