I also considered porting XBMC a while ago, however when I looked at it I found that the
skin engine of XBMC is just too complicated to ever get a fluid GUI on an SMP...
apart from that it is a lot of work to get all the software based decoding in XBMC to use the SMP hardware.
lets see how far this will get
I guess this should be much better on a SMP865x
